As a family, we have dedicated
ourselves to continuing the time-honored tradition of preparing
pasta as our ancestors have in Europe.
Whether it be the simplest of pasta, to the unusual, all is
made with 100% durum wheat, semolina, farm fresh eggs, whole
milk cheeses, and the finest prime meats and vegetables. Each
day the preparation of pasta is displayed for all to see.
Everyday we offer a wide selection of freshly made pasta selections
from homemade spaghetti and rigatoni to specialty filled ravioli
