Shipping
Policy
All orders ship on Wednesday
or Thursday only (depending on product availability). All
orders are shipped via overnight shipping with the United
States Postal Service in insulated packing with plenty
of freezer packs to ensure your order remains frozen or
chilled during shipment. all orders must be received by
no later than Sunday 4PM
EST, to guarantee your
order is shipped on that given Wednesday or Thursday. Orders
received after Sunday 4PM EST will be shipped the following
Wednesday or Thursday. The reason for this is that we are
closed on Mondays and we need to allow enough time to freshly
prepare your order, process it, and pack it. You will be
emailed when to expect your shipment to arrive.
- Special shipping arrangements may be made
by contacting us at (718) 358-1311. Please contact us before
placing your order if you require special shipping arrangements.
- All orders must be received by Sunday
4PM EST, in order to ship on that given Wednesday or
Thursday. All orders received after Sunday 4PM EST will
be shipped the following Wednesday or Thursday. Email
notification will let you know the shipping date so you
know when to expect your package.
- If an item you ordered
is out-of-stock you will be contacted immediately and
your order will not be shipped until the order is complete.
- All
orders are delivered with no signature required for
your convenience. Packages can be left at an exterior
door or exterior location. (Once your package is delivered
it is the recipient’s responsibility,
so make sure that the drop off location is secure, and
the recipient knows the delivery is arriving.)
- Shipping
to and from Durso's is at the customer's expense
and varies according to weight, size, and location.
- All
product & shipping weights are estimated,
and may vary.
- Sorry, we cannot ship to Post Office
Box addresses.
- All of the products that we ship are
perishable. We are not responsible for incorrect address
information. It is the customers responsibility to make
sure that the shipping address is correct.
- We are not
responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or
other natural acts that are out of our control.
Packaging
All orders are packed in
an insulated corrugated box with plenty of freezer packs
to ensure that your order remains frozen or chilled during
shipment.
Your products can simply be placed in the freezer until
ready to use. If products arrives cold but unfrozen, the
products should be placed in the refrigerator and must
be used within 3 days.

Return
Policy
All sales are final and
no returns will be accepted. However, Durso's is dedicated
to customer satisfaction and if there is a problem with
your order, we will do everything we can to resolve it.
Shipping is non-refundable.
