Reheating Instructions for Holiday Items

PASTA, VEGETABLES AND POTATOES
Bring to room temperature before heating. Conventional Oven–Place in a covered ovenproof dish/foil tray and bake in a 325ºF oven for approximately 25 minutes or until heated through. Stir occasionally. Leave uncovered to get crispy.
SPECIAL NOTE: IF HEATING SAUTEED STRING BEANS, PLEASE POUR THE STRING BEAN SAUCE OVER THEM BEFORE HEATING.

ENTRÉE’S
Bring the entree to room temperature before heating (approx. 2 hour). This is an important step to ensure that the entrée will get warm throughout and stay moist after heating. Conventional Oven – Place the entree in a ovenproof dish (or use aluminum pan provided), cover in aluminum foil and warm in a 300ºF oven for approximately 30 - 45 minutes or until heated through.
SPECIAL NOTE: IF HEATING CHICKEN FRANCAISE, PLEASE POUR FRANCAISE SAUCE OVER THE CHICKEN BEFORE HEATING.

GRAVY & SAUCES
Stove Top – Place in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer while stirring frequently. Use a whisk to create smooth consistency.
Microwave – Loosen the lid of the container. Cook for 1 minute, then stir. Continue cooking at 20-30 second intervals, stirring and checking the temperature, until hot. Beware – the container will get hot!

LASAGNA, BAKED ZITI, EGGPLANT PARM
Bring to room temperature before heating. Conventional Oven – Place in a covered ovenproof dish/foil tray and bake in a 325ºF oven for approximately 20-30 minutes
